CASE MANAGEMENT: BRADFORD Our case managers include: Laurie Brick, Ben Daly, Beth Gaetz, Lynn Irwin, and Rachel Tillotson. Case managers work with individuals, their families, and advocates to provide information and referral coordination. They provide team facilitation and leadership in development of program and planning the many transitions through life's milestones. Case Managers assist in the process of eligibility determination for services and making sense of bureaucratic mazes.
