EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: BRADFORD Lisa Culberston manages this employment and training service funded through a grant from the State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. The goal of BES is to match individuals with developmental disabilities to competitive jobs according to their interests and skill levels. A job trainer provides one-to-one training to the individual until the employee's work meets the employer's satisfaction. The trainer will then systematically fade out from the job site, providing continuous follow-up for the duration of the individual's employment. In this manner, BES provides employers with competent and reliable employees.
