WELCOME Our Moretown offices of Upper Valley Services are located on Wexler Road in a historic farmhouse known as the old Iron Bridge Farm. Terri Blake, Office Manager, and Dennis Gray, Program Director are available Monday through Friday from 8 to 4 p.m. to answer any questions regarding services. The Iron Bridge Farm holds the offices for our case managers:Kathleen McGranaghan,Mary Jane Blouin, Peter Sapienza, Mark Hutchinson, Sarah Cannamela, Jessie Shivo, and Steve Holder As well, Dr. Kathy Pittaway who is our psychiatrist, and Dr. Al Vecchione, who is our therapist, have offices in Moretown. The Vermont Crisis Intervention Network and director Dr. Pat Frawley also share this space. The program in Moretown offers a full range of services including comprehensive case management, residential and vocational placements, therapy, and medication prescription and monitoring. Conceived as a "family affair," personal services are the strength of this group. Everyone is strongly committed to the success of each consumer. Open discussion and involvement by all team members result in a well-rounded therapeutic plan for each consumer. This process appears at times to be slow moving, but the results are always rewarding. We welcome visitors to our farmhouse to ask questions and observe our program in action.
